UK Shipping:

- Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping:

- We ship worldwide via Royal Mail with a tracking number provided for every order.

- Delivery usually takes 3-7 working days, depending on your location.

- Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

- If you prefer different delivery courier, we also partner with DHL. Please let us know if you’d like to use this option, additional charges will apply.


Customs & Import Duties:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any applicable duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control. We ship all international parcels via Royal Mail International Tracked. Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days for both personalised and non-personalised items.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email with your order number.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label via QR code. A £4 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 1 working day.
