UK Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.

  • Standard UK orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

  • We use Royal Mail 24 tracked service for fast and reliable delivery.

  •  Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery via DHL

  •  DHL Express shipping is available for £18.
     
  • DHL delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.

  •  Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping with tracking provided for every order.

  • Standard international shipping is £15 via Royal Mail Tracked service.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Express international shipping via DHL is available for £45.

  • DHL Express delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders over £200 qualify for free standard international shipping.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If you prefer a different courier service, please contact us before placing your order. Additional charges may apply.


Customs & Import Duties:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Any applicable duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control. We ship all international parcels via Royal Mail International Tracked. If you require different  delivery option or a courier service like UPS or FedEx, please contact us before placing your order, additional shipping fees will apply.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days for both personalised and non-personalised items.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email with your order number and tracking number of the parcel.

UK Orders:

Customers are responsible for paying the return postage cost. Returns must be sent via Royal Mail with tracking

International Orders: 

Customers are responsible for paying the return postage cost.

• If your order arrived via DHL, please return the item via DHL Express.
• If your order was delivered via your local postal service (e.g. USPS, Canada Post, La Poste), please return the item using the same government postal service with tracking, as they work directly with Royal Mail in the UK.

Once the item dispatched, please email the tracking number to info@dollondco.com

Please note: any customs clearance charges when returning the item to the UK will be deducted from your refund.
