Returns

We accept returns within 14 days for both personalised and non-personalised items.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email with your order number.

We’ll provide a prepaid return label via QR code. A £4 postage fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 1 working day.
