We specialise in customised and non-customised items including compasses, pocket watches, desk clocks, and maritime themed gift items.
For personalised items:
We will contact you via email with a design proof or engraving confirmation before production.
Please ensure your contact details are correct and check your spam folder.
Please double check all spelling, dates, and requested details before final submission. We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or other available gateways.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
4. Shipping
All items are shipped with Royal Mail and include a tracking code.
UK orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
International orders take between 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy for both personalised and non-personalised items.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Personalised items may be returned only if faulty, incorrect, or not as agreed in the approval process.
